She began her professional journey as a Telecommunications Customer Service Representative, helping customers navigate billing questions with patience and care. Through hard work and dedication, she advanced into account management, supporting Fortune 50 clients while developing trusted relationships built on responsiveness and reliability. She also led and managed teams serving clients across an entire state, gaining extensive experience in operations, leadership, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

She serves as a women's small group leader at her church and is a co-facilitator of the churchwide Women's Discipleship Training Program. She is passionate about encouraging women to grow in their relationship with Christ, recognize the leadership gifts God has placed within them, and confidently use those gifts to serve others. Shaun finds great joy in mentoring women, fostering authentic relationships, and helping them mature in their walk with the Lord.
Shaun has been married to her husband, Wayne, for 25 years, and together they have two children, Jaida and Jaxon, who are among their greatest blessings.
